Systems don't read contracts
The booking system does not know “Deluxe Sea View” or “half board”. It knows its own room and meal-plan codes, and needs age bands the contract gives in one sentence.
Workflow Intelligence · Proven on hotel contracts
Workflow Intelligence reads each signed contract, sets it up in your booking platform, and links every value to its clause. Your team reviews and approves. Say it once.

Why it matters
A signed contract already says exactly what was agreed. The booking system only accepts it in its own fields, codes and rules. Today a person bridges the two, term by term.
The booking system does not know “Deluxe Sea View” or “half board”. It knows its own room and meal-plan codes, and needs age bands the contract gives in one sentence.
One clause becomes many cells: every season, every room size, and again on the selling side. We timed it at almost four hours of skilled work for one contract.
A wrong price does not fail loudly. It sells all summer, and the gap shows up when the hotel's invoice arrives. Nobody was careless; the system never knew what the contract said.
Your season goes on sale at the speed of your typing, and the business cannot grow faster than it can hire.
How it works
Tools that read a contract and hand you a spreadsheet already exist. Someone still has to type the spreadsheet in. Workflow Intelligence takes over the whole job.
Every season, rate, child price and offer, in any layout.
Each term matched to your system's own codes and checked against the contract's rules. Unsure values are flagged, never guessed.
A loader reviews each screen with every value beside its clause, and approves it.
Human approvalTested code writes it into the system through its own interface, the same way every time.
Proven on hotel contracts
Time saved was measured with a customer's own loading team. Concepts and scenarios come from our contract catalogue.
Security and control
The agents prepare the work. Your people decide what goes live. Your IT team owns the code and the data.
It runs in your own cloud. You own the code, the rules and the data, and nothing locks you in.
No AI model ever touches a live system. Tested code does every write, the same way every time.
Nothing goes live without a loader's approval, screen by screen.
Any price, date or rule links to the exact clause behind it, for the reviewer today and the board later.
Anything the agents are unsure of comes with a reason, so the review goes straight to the risk.
Every agent starts supervised. It works on its own only when its measured results pass the bar, and Zapcom signs it off.
Start with a trial
Send us a few of the contracts your team finds hardest to load. We run them in a short trial and show you, side by side, how long they take today and how long they take with the agents. On your own contracts, not ours.
